I have heard repeated in the LA Times that the shortage of the flu vaccine is the fault of the Bush Administration.
"They aren't watching out for us". "They don't care about our health".
How is it then that when a pharmacutecal company in England is shut down because of contamination and unable to deliver its supply of flu vaccination it is the fault of George W. Bush?
