This and That

Don't have much time to post this morning so I'll simply link to some good stuff, including analysis of the fallout from Kerry's gaffes (terrorism is a "nuisance"?) in the NY Times Magazine interview over the weekend. As usual, Hugh Hewitt has the best and most comprehensive roundup.

Update: Eugene Volokh has more on Kerry's "illegal drugs and prostitution" analogy with terrorism here and here.

Meanwhile, Roger L. Simon weighs in on the hypocrisy of Teresa Heinz Kerry's latest comments.

Also, John O'Sullivan tells us how Bush Won in Australia over the weekend. James Ozark at A Western Heart weighs in directly from the Australian front. His smack down quote:

"The great news is that in the face of this hysterical onslaught from the Left, the Australian people collectively told them to sod off. And maybe that's because they too saw the fatal flaw in the left-wing relativist's view of what we should think and be.Let's hope that we just put a bullet in it."

And let's hope Americans will be saying the same thing after Nov. 2.

Check out Polipundit for the latest on the polls -- still looking pretty good for W.

Congrats to Stewdog on his Cards (Stew's a St. Louis transplant to So. Cal) closing out the Dodgers yesterday (at least one contributor to this blog still has a dog in the world series hunt). Note, the Dodgers are NOT my team. My team is the Angels who died a grisly death on Friday night. Go Yanks -- smash those Chowd freaks!
