Jeb Bush to speak at 3pm eastern time

Jeb Bush is set to hold a press conference within the next 10 minutes. There is a lot of speculation that he may do something drastic. One rumor being batted around the internet is that Jeb will announce that he's placing Terri Schiavo in state protective custody and reinserting her feeding tube until a state investigation, which is ongoing, determines whether Terri has suffered abuse. The investigation is being conducted by the Florida Department of Children and Families. Speculation is that Bush could base his protective order on a theory of obstruction of justice by judge Greer in denying protective care to Terri while the state protective service abuse investigation regarding her is ongoing.
