Harvard's slouch toward mediocrity
It would seem the trend toward mediocrity at Harvard isn't limited to academics. If this qualifies as "sexy and pretty" then it would seem to be affecting their aesthetics as well.

Must be "Michael Jackson" black. I thought it was funny they must have felt the picture wasn't giving that impression.
The way I figure it, anyone who brings a lawsuit based on the vanity of their physical appearance is fair game for some scrutiny of that appearance.
The hilarity of this judgment is that it boiled down to a jury looking at this woman and saying, "you're not 'all-that'!"
