Rumpus Riddle Answer #2

Thanks to all of you who took the time to answer this riddle.

You are walking through a field and you
find something to eat. It has no bones and
has no meat. You pick it up and put it
in your pocket. You take it home and
put it on a table, but three days later
it walks away. What is it?

Not surprisingly, almost all who submitted an answer submitted the correct one: An Egg.

The only incorrect answer came from "Revenge of the Son of Tim" who submitted "Mealworm" -- which may very well be a correct answer but I'm too grossed out to think about it.
