What's In A Name ?
Kate Marie's little Peanut thinks it funny that Gwyneth Paltrow named her daughter "Apple". (Question: Would Fiona Apple dare follow suit?). The LA Times features this delightful article about celebrity naming. Author Barry Gottlieb surveys the naming trends of our celebs and points to a likely name for the bodily issue of Mr. and Mrs. Cruise:
"Finnbar Kal-el Apple Tiger Lilly L. Ron Hubbard Cruise".

Funny criticism from a blogger who goes by the name "Stewdog."
That's just a nickname. My parents had the good sense to provide me with a relatively normal name that has served me well.
Did you give the pups normal names, too? I'm a tad more tolerant of a Stone, Rush, Gwyneth, or Demi giving a kid an odd name (but not too odd) than a Mary and Joe naming their kid Pilot Inspektor or Audio Science.
If you consider Colleen and Molly to be normal, then yes.
Normal if they're Irish or Irish-American. Colleen Brzezinski would seem weird. But living out there on the left coast, weren't you tempted to call them Shamrock and Blarney?
