Excuses. . .Excuses

This story in today's LA Times discusses the low pass rate of the California Bar and points out a number of prominent and intelligent people who did not pass the bar the first time. Fiddlesticks! From my experience in knowing people who did not pass the California Bar the first time, I can only conclude that they are imbecils, cretins, or dumbasses.
