I expect so little from the U.N . . .
. . . and they still manage to fly in well below my expectations:
"The U.N.’s lead agency responsible for the promotion and protection of women’s rights the world over, the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), ended its 51 session on March 9, 2007, by criticizing only one state. . ."
Whenever the United Nation criticizes only one state, it's a no-brainer which state that is going to be, isn't it?

I was initially surprised to see Canada had joined with us until I remembered that they ushered in a conservative administration during the last election.

Egads. I missed that story.
For the life of me, I cannot understand why US schools have "Model UN" clubs. Why not just have "Model Gangsters, Crooks, Despots, and Terrorists" clubs? Yeesh.
