What a novel concept. (For those who don't want to register to read the article, the upshot -- based on extensive scientific polling -- is that Iraqis are "intensely optimistic" about their post-Saddam future. That's the kind of good news that the Kerry campaign doesn't want to hear, or, to be more precise, doesn't want anyone else to hear.)

Great article! My favorite part: "Iraqis don't understand the debate about whether Hussein had weapons of mass destruction. To them, Hussein was a weapon of mass destruction."
