A One Finger Salute to the Colonel

Good thing old Col. Sanders isn't still around. Seems that there is a growing call out there to boycott KFC because of the slaughterhouse practices of it's supplier.
Many brilliant minds of our generation have gotten on board, including Pamela Anderson, The Reverend Al Sharpton, and Sir Paul McCartney. Heck, Hip-hop impresario Russell Simmons has even lent his voice to the cause. The chairman of Def Jam Records, who is a vegan said that:

"When a company targets our community, disrespects us as consumers and sells us products ridden with negative energy and laced with toxins, that is our business."

I think I can handle the toxins, but if my food is ridden with negative energy, just don't even go there.

I'm pretty sure that if the chicken is dead -- and you really don't want to eat it rare -- any negativity it had died with it.

"Any negativity it had died with it." A brilliant observation, CIV.
So if we embrace death as the great eraser of negativity, we need not fear it!

Well, I don't plan on embracing death any time soon, Stewdog, but my dinners of chicken, fish, cow, and pig are very much encouraged to do so. If they're happier knowing their negativity will die with them at the slaughterhouse, well that's just fine with me.
