Janice Rogers Brown finally won confirmation on the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit. Just like in Cat Ballou, she was able to cheat the hangman in the end. The comments from the left about her are ridiculous. Please take a look at the 9th Circuit before you judge what is acceptable in a Federal Appeals Court Judge. The real fun will begin down the road when she is nominated for the US Supreme Court. The fur will fly!
