That's my favorite scene in Independence Day!
I heard the dove lady's doves were specially bred to have an intuitive sense of a person's guilt. It seems they spit continually when a person is guilty and refrain from such when a person is innocent. In other words, if the doves don't spit, you must acquit!
Scotty, please enforce a 2 day suspension against Wonderdog and block his access.
Don't forget those suckers lining up for free trips to the alien's planet after one of them shows up at the U.N. (that figures). Turns out, "To Serve Man" is a cookbook.
