Team America
I finally saw Team America. I can't recommend it to anyone. It is gross. It is vulgar. It is disguisting. It features an explicit sex scene with puppets.
That being said (my least favorite expression). . the venom directed to the leader of North Korea, and the Film Actor's Guild (FAG) including Alec Baldwin and the usual suspects is not to be missed. And Michael Moore has never been better.
Team America? "(heck) yes"!!!

I saw it recently, too, and I recommend it to *anyone* who's not put off by crude humor and explicit puppet sex scenes. Maybe I'm revealing too much about my own sense of humor, but I thought the vomit scene alone was worth the price of admission. And Kim Jong Il ("Hans Bricks, don't you realize how f@%#ing busy I am?") and the send-up of Rent, and the fate of Hans Bricks, and the Arabic they spoke ("Burka burka burka Mohammed jihad") -- all hilarious.
You almost hate yourself for liking it so much. The send up of the liberal activist actors in Film Actor's Guild (FAG) was the cat's meow. . and the North Korean Dictator was the best.
