Kant U Rite More Gudder Than That??

I recently posted an Oscar Wilde Quote that journalism is unreadable. In a case of life imitating art, comes this review in today's Times concerning the new one hour ABC infomercial for Hillary, also known as Commander In Chief. The LA Times has a right to anger me with its content, but can't you please find some people who can write clearly and concisely? For example:
"In a scenario more probable for now than the actual popular election of an American Woman President (or a black, Jewish, atheist, Asian American, etc., president), she gets the office by accident, when the White Male Republican President whose non-Republican Vice President she is dies of a cerebral hemorrhage."
I'm certain that our resident English brainiac can pick this rotten sentence apart better than I, but all I can say is "Yuck".

That sentence sounds like it was lifted from a new SAT test. If you check the College Board's SAT Question of the Day (SAT/QOTD) regularly, you will find sentences similar to the one quoted. No wonder kids can't write.

SD, you might try reading the Wall Street Journal. Most of their writers can write and their editors can edit.
