Santa Ynez Valley

I have always loved Northern Santa Barbara County. Sideways made it famous, but also changed the character a bit. Read this nice article about it. It failed to mention The Ballard Inn, but hit the nail on the head on so many of the wines. Two hours from LA and a world away.
