Goldberg on NASCAR?

No, not that kind of race, but Jonah takes on the Congressional Black Caucus with some sobering social statistics.
He also cites an article by Joy Jones in the Washington Post that I heard discussed on Laura the other day, about the decline of marriage, especially in the black community.
