Jeff, that's a very astute observation. Why do these characters/mascots think they can trapse around without pants? It's rather disturbing. And, as if to mock me in my distress, I look down as I type upon one of my son's Pooh bears -- red shirt no pants.
They're exhibitionists, all of them.
