Panthers go after those Blue (eyed) Devils
With apologies to KMa, I must speak momentarily about the Duke Lacrosse rape story.
I just saw a piece on tv about the "New Black Panthers" storming the Duke campus today to demand "justice". They said things like, "What do we want? Justice! When do we want it? Now. Black power!"
Remember when the KKK stormed the Staples Center and demanded justice when Kobe Bryant was accused of raping that white girl? Remember how they chanted, "White power!" Oh, wait...that didn't happen, did it? Can you imagine the disgusted reaction from the media if it did happen? And rightly so.
Remember when the "New Black Panthers" demanded justice for the white central park jogger who was brutally beaten and raped by those black kids?? Wait...

Hey, you missed the Jessie Jackson angle. I heard a sound bite from him where he was asked about giving this gal a scholarship before we know if she's telling the truth. He doesn't care about the truth of what happened; he said something like "Don't strip. Scholarship!"
