All Star Game
Tonight's all star game showed what a great game baseball is to behold. I will have to curse a Padre if the Cards make it to the Series and have to play game 7 in Anaheim, or some other godforsaken AL post, but so be it.
And what a delight, for this Cardinal fan, to see a game that flowed, without Tony Larussa coming out every 5 minutes to pull a lefty/righty double switch.

All hail baseball indeed. Not much chance your Cards will have to deal with Anaheim this fall. Though, if we can land Soriano anything's possible.
I particularly liked how the Angel blood contributed to this AL win (Vladdy and Glaus the ex-Angel coming up with big hits).
