Farewell to Cathy Seipp

Cathy Seipp died of lung cancer yesterday. I have always enjoyed reading her columns and her blog. Her writing was funny, straightforward, sometimes acerbic, and always free of cant. She appears to have been, by most accounts, both a lovely lady and a tough gal. My heart, my thoughts, and my prayers go out to her and her family and friends.
