Carbon Blueprint

Al Gore today announced a new environmental initiative that he believes could add years to the survivability of the Planet Earth, a/k/a Third Rock From The Sun. "We are all aware of the concept of 'Carbon Footprint' and many people, me excluded, have gone to great lengths to save energy. But that isn't enough. Today I will send to the Senate floor . . .um. . well If I remained a senator I WOULD have sent to the Senate floor, legislation proposing the establishment of a Carbon Blueprint. It will work like this. A Federal Agency will calculate the amont of carbon alloted to each person upon their birth. They must learn to use it judiciously because once it is used up. . . .sorry. . into the atomizer you must go."
