Enough Already
Is anyone else sick of the nonstop coverage and worship of LA's new Royal Couple, the Be*k#ms? I thought we ditched the concept of a royal family when we kicked the Redcoats' butts in the 1700's. Apparently not so. You can't turn on a TV or read a paper without seeing them. And tonight NBC is wasting, er. . .devoting. . one whole hour in primetime for "THE BE*#HAMS: COMING TO AMERICA".
I suppose the only nice thing I can say is that they have displaced Paris H*#ton from the headlines, and unlike her, the two of them have actually ACCOMPLISHED SOMETHING with their lives, but enough already!!!

Hail the beckhams! Long live the Beckhams! May they drown (or dribble) the airways, and may the whole country think and talk of nothing else. Would that be any crazier than any other day on the TV/Internet or radio? Me thinketh not, Stewdog.
