"Chill with me"? Is this how they speak in Kansas?

BTW, old fogeys think you should put links on names like Michael Buble.

I think "chill" is a word she picked up in California. Everyone there is chillin'.

Link to Buble is now included. Peanut loves his version of Quando, Quando, Quando.

OK, that Buble guy doesn't sound like (a) he's cool or (b) he's "California".

Is Peanut a reincarnated Old Fogey? Or is this some new phenomenon with the kid/pre-teen crowd?

He sounds like my kind of guy. I may have grown up with R&R (and love it), but I've got a thing for movie music and lounge lizard music (for lack of a better term).

No, you've got it right, CIV. I don't think he's particularly cool among the preteen crowd, but that's why I love it. She's a maverick. :)
