The Ifill Tower
Not only is Tomorrow's VP debate moderator boring and lacking, but it seems to me that she has a clear conflict of interest, what with her new book coming out about the Age Of Obama!
(This is the dawning of the Age of Obama. . .The Age of Obama. . . . Obama... Obaaaaammmmaa)
If the McCain camp knew, they shouldn't have agreed to her. If they didn't know, then that's incompetence.
Regardless, she should have affirmatively disclosed this and gotten the OK before this was set up.
Who's moderating the next Presidential debate? Barney Frank?

Not only does she have a book about Obama coming out -- it's coming out on the date of the presidential inauguration. Wouldn't you think an Obama win might help book sales?
The hypocrisy of this just cracks me up. Can't you just imagine the high priests/priestesses of the MSM grilling Palin or McCain about a similar conflict of interest?
The McCain camp says they didn't know, by the way. I think it should have been Ifill's responsibility to disclose it.
She's not going anywhere now, but the uproar might. . just might. . cause her to be just a little more fair to Palin than she otherwise might have been.
