"A proper and lawful exercise of her constitutional and statutory authority to hire and fire department heads."

Despite the bias and the vendetta of the Alaska 'Troopergate' witch hunt, they had to use those words in the report. To me, that is the be all and end all. In fact, that would be an appropriate headline for an article on it, but CNN's doesn't even use the quote and headlines their web page article as "Palin Abused Power".
As with everything else in this campaign, her enemies will jump on it and her supporters will dismiss it. I fear that some of the independents might be swayed by it.
Let's see. . if my family was physically threatened by someone who could legally carry a gun and shoot people, and had the lack of character that this rogue trooper has exhibited, I would do everything in my power to make sure he was canned. So I salute the actions of the Palin family, and I look forward to the proper Alaska investigation to clear her. . . . . of course it will happen after the Obama Regime has taken over, and I am in a reeducation camp.

The front-page article from the LA Times revealed their complete bias on this story when it described the ex-husband's actions against the son as "STRIKING (not shooting)the stepson with a LOW-LEVEL taser..."

Just a "low-level" taser...nothing to see here...move along.
