Geez, I hope they don't go and enact all kinds of burdensome regulation. Nail salons are very important for the immigrant community, providing jobs and assimilation opportunities for the workers and the ticket to the American Dream for the owners.
(CIV has no personal knowledge of nail salons, but read about their importance in the Wall Street Journal.)
