So wait--a former Mob lawyer who runs a city full of prostitutes, drunks, money launderers, frauds, land speculators, and con artists wants to enforce Sharia-like maiming for kids--probably mostly black kids--who sully his pristine desert paradise with spray paint? Uh...no thanks.
