An important Supreme Court decision.
How long before the "conservative Catholic" members of the Supreme Court, along with the majority of Americans who agree with them, get called extremists and woman-haters? Five, four, three, two . . .
UPDATE: Ed Whelan provides a "selective summary" of the ruling.

ya know, you are usually considered a tad more credible when you offer links when you make such absurd claims...
Hey, oh the humanity! Glad I could give you a chuckle today.
If you're interested in polls that track Americans' views on "partial birth abortion," you can start here.
I'll check back with more when I have time.
As for credibility, when you want to show that someone's claims are absurd, you are usually considered a tad more credible when you offer links to demonstrate the claim's absurdity. I think it's pretty clear that a majority of Americans (including, if his vote on the ban is any indication, Harry Reid) support a ban on partial birth abortions, as the ABC News poll and several other polls have indicated. If you have some evidence to the contrary, you're welcome to provide it.
P.S. It's *possible* that you misconstrued my reference to the conservative Catholics on the court and the majority of Americans who agree with them. I thought it was pretty clear I was referring to the fact that a majority of Americans agree with them about the partial birth abortion ban. If my link to the decision didn't make it clear that I was speaking about the American public agreeing the "conservative" Justices in the context of this decision, I apologize.
