Creepy...

Yikes! Do those angelic faces singing praises to Obamafuhrer look similar to this?

And this? Double yikes!

And...this? Triple yikes!

UPDATE: Ann Althouse has a small round-up of reactions here.

Sorry ....but comparing a decent American man running for the President of the United States to Hitler...is just, in my opinion, WAY out of line here. You have every right to disagree with his views and ideas for this country, and to state that...but to compare him to one of the most offensive murderers in history?..come on now.

Temp,

While my post is somewhat tongue-in-cheek, there is no denying the similarties to the other examples I posted. No, Obama is not Adolf Hitler or even Eva Peron but there's a mind-set out there among the types of people who produced this video that songs should be sung, not about country, but to the man himself. And, it really does creep me out. It reeks of a disturbing indoctrination of innocents to a reverence for an individual.

Let's leave the child-singing homages to their revered leaders to the rest of the world. How about a good, old-fashioned song about America instead?

TP, I'll be the last in line to defend this knucklehead, but I don't perceive that he was calling the Candidate any such names, merely referring to the presentation by the children as reminiscent of what we have seen from past repressive regimes.

I'm not saying that wasn't your absolute intention at all Dog...I know you too well to not think that..but.. I think using any type of Nazi image or propaganda to show a simularity or association with a United States Presidential Candididate is below your usual levels of integrity and choice, no matter what you opinon of him or his politcal stance. I just don't think that is fair or called for. The song?..whatever..if you didn't like it?..fine but to show "Hiel Hitler" Arian Youth from 70 years ago to compare it to? Nope.. doesn't fly with me. Hey? just my opinion, and obviously one that is mine alone. So be it.
