I have to take issue with the statement in the article concerning "Judges Playing God". We are a nation of laws. When citizens have disputes that they can't resolved by themselves, rather than having duels at 50 paces, they go to courts and let the courts, judges or juries, decide the dispute. When judges rule, they aren't playing God, they are playing judge.
"Thou shalt not eat"...If it ain't God, it's a second cousin twice removed at least.
