They call me Sir Anthony
From an interesting interview with Anthony Hopkins:
"I recently worked with two actors who wouldn't come out of their trailers for some reason.
Can you figure that out? It's insanity. Or they complain because their trailers aren't big enough.
Bulls***. It's a job, like any other, so don't make a big deal. Be polite, treat the crew with respect and don't think you're different."

So refreshing to hear. The Brits, Kiwis and Aussies constantly kick the American brat actors in the butt in just about every category. . why? Training and discipline come to mind.
I never understood the "Trailor" issue with actors...I never had one in my entire 17 yr. career. Even when I was the character name in a series...seemed just foolish to me as you spent most of your day ON the set anyway...Just give me a room to change in, a place to sit down at lunch, and a john.. ..what more do you need?
Tim,
But you've never struck me as typical for your profession, and I mean that in the best possible way.
I should clarify that last statement. Since most of the actors I actually do know are warm, decent people, maybe the divas and tantrum-throwers are the atypical ones.
Or then again, maybe the few actors I do happen to know are atypical, and I just happened to hit a good patch. :)
