Morning Musings
Now, Wonderdog, let's be fair. The common denominator for the left, especialy the media in the Northeast, is that they have never met either an Islamic fundamentalist OR a Christian fundamentalist. Therefore, in their mind's eye, they ARE exactly the same.The fairer comparison harkens to the fact that the political spectum is not a line, but an equator, where the far right and the far left actually meet on the other side of the globe, their differences largely non existent. If my analysis is correct, the Michael Moores of the world are really a mirror image of the KKK.
I had a Cumbaya morning. My little coffee shop on Ventura Boulevard, in the heart of Blue Darkness, was populated by those who have PTDS (Post Traumatic Dubya Syndrome). Molly Ivans was being discussed with the appropriate hushed reverence that is due her. One guy had on a baseball syle cap. Lakers? Nope! Dodgers? Na! THE NATION.
This just in. The suicide rate, especially in the Northeast, the Upper Midwest and Coastal California has increased dramatically since Wednesday morning. Coronors are seeing a technique that is borrowed from the Japanese, with a distinctly American twist. . . . . .

Can't you do something about Nancy Pelosi? She's from your neck of the woods, right? Man, we have to listen to her whine ENDLESSLY on the news here. I guess they're trying to be "balanced." Yuck. Now that Daschle and McAuliffe are in hiding (perhaps they, too, have PTDS), all we hear is Nattering Nancy. Ugh.
Still I wouldn't trade our hot air (politicos) for yours (celebrities).
The contributors to this blog are certainly not fans of Ms. Pelosi, or her evil twin, Barbara Boxer.
Although Feinstein is a Democrat, she has bouts of common sense every now and then.
At least we have our Governator, who is a Republican most of the time.
Most politicians out here are like the other people, who are like granola. . if they aren't fruits or nuts, they are flakes.

I would only add that if Michael Moore and his ilk are the equivalent of the KKK, I wish he'd at least put a hood over that ugly mug of his. Yeesh.
