polls polls polls

From Polipundit:

BUSH SURGE IN SURVEYUSA NUMBERS

South Carolina: Bush 54%, Kerry 43%
North Carolina: Bush 53%, Kerry 45%
Missouri: Bush 52%, Kerry 47%

My own guess is that these polls are skewed a little bit to the Democrats, but the more interesting news is that Burr leads 50%-45% and DeMint 52%-41%.

Pennsylvania: My suspicions are confirmed. The President, who was down eight in this poll last week, now only trails 51%-47%. I think the momentum is with the President in Pennsylvania.

Ohio: The President, who trailed in the last SurveyUSA poll here, now leads 49%-47%.

Florida: The President, who trailed in the last SurveyUSA poll here, now leads 49%-48%.

Batch of final Strategic Vision Polls…

StrategicVision

President Bush leads in Florida 50%-47%.
President Bush leads in Iowa 49%-47%.
President Bush is tied in Michigan 45%-45%.
President Bush is tied in Minnesota 48%-48%.
President Bush leads in Ohio 48%-46%.
President Bush trails in Pennsylvania 46%-47%.
President Bush leads in Wisconsin 48%-46%.

Rasmussen's final state Tracking Polls:

I have included leaners and percentage of "certain voters" in parentheses.

Florida Bush 51 (97% certain) Kerry 47 (89%)
Michigan Bush 46 (99%) Kerry 50 (89%)
Minnesota Bush 48 (94%) Kerry 50 (91%)
Ohio Bush 52 (91%) Kerry 46 (90%)
Pennsylvania Bush 48 (94%) Kerry 50 (92%)

Thanks, anon.

As far as predictions, your guess is as good as mine. However, the more of the astute poll crunchers seem to think that if Bush can win either Florida, Ohio, or Pennsylvania, then he'll win the election. Most of the reliable polls show him running ahead in Florida and Ohio and slightly behind in Pennsylvania.

Keep your eye on these three states early on and if you see one breaking for Bush, it should be a good night.
