Tough Week For Animation

Joseph Barbera passed away at 95. That was a good run of a life for a man who helped bring us joy in the form of excellent cartoons. Some of the creations that he helped develop were Tom and Jerry, the Flintstones, the Jetsons, Yogi Bear, Scooby-Doo, Huckleberry Hound, Quick Draw McGraw and Jonny Quest.

If science were only as advanced as art, then we could have not only Barbera's animation but also his reanimation.

But I guess that we shouldn't aim to play God, so perhaps it's best this way...
