McKinney Update
Yesterday, Wonderdog posted on the dust up between Representative Cynthia McKinney (D. GA) and a Capitol police officer. He had the audiacity to inject race into the discussion. Seems he was just beating McKinney's lawyer to the punch:
Her lawyer, James W. Myart Jr., said, "Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, like thousands of average Americans across this country, is, too, a victim of the excessive use of force by law enforcement officials because of how she looks and the color of her skin."
"Ms. McKinney is just a victim of being in Congress while black," Myart said. "Congresswoman McKinney will be exonerated."
I love it. You can't make this stuff up. I have heard of the expression DWB (driving while black). . but Mr. Myart has blessed us with an new one. . . LWB (legislating while black).

I read tonight that capitol hill police have video of the incident but have not released it. It will be interesting to see if Ms. McKinney suddenly becomes more contrite in the next few days based on this information.
Question: What do you think Ms. McKinney's response would have been if Condi Rice had been the one accused here? Hmmm...?
WD, maybe because you live on the left coast, you don't realize that Condi isn't really black. Looks can be deceiving. I bet you thought Bubba Clinton was white, too.
